At ESSENCE YOGA retreats we offer you the opportunity to start or continue this beautiful path of yoga, an ancient science for our personal growth. This retreat is designed for everyone, whether you are new to yoga or already experienced in the practice. ESSENCE, combines a complete program of classes, together with free time and some selected tourist activities. We will accompany you on this journey of transformation:

We will live a journey of transformation on the island of the gods. In Bali, the maximum expression of beauty is captured through faith, with lots of love and big smiles.We will explore this jewel of Southeast Asia for 9 days and 8 nights, with a number of temples, where the rhythm of the streets is marked by spirituality, always with beautiful offerings and bars of smoking incense. We will visit the Tegalalang rice terraces, we will perform the Purification ritual in Tirta Empul, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. famous for its springs whose waters are used by the Balinese to purify body and spirit through rituals.Immersing ourselves in the local culture and discovering the true essence of the heart of Bali.We will practice Hatha yoga, Pranayamas, Yin Yoga, meditation and visit practice places like Yoga Barn..

T R A N S F E R S
The withdrawal does not include roundtrip flights, the recommendation is to fly from Madrid airport. The destination is Denpasar, from Denpasar we will take a transfer to the hotel (included in the price of the retreat) A visa is required to process at the airport.In previous meetings, we will talk in detail about this section of the trip.

After this period, we do not make refunds. There is no refund of the deposit or any other amount paid, once the withdrawal has started.
In the event that the withdrawal must be canceled for reasons related to mobility restrictions by COVID-19, theamount paid, or the option to use said deposit to participate in another future withdrawal will be offered24 hour assistance
